About

Enterprise engineering, pointed at businesses that actually needed it.

Why Larken exists

I spent my career building automation for enterprises. UiPath-certified RPA work, AI agent design and deployment, integration architecture across CRMs, ERPs, and billing systems, all of it at Fortune 500 scale, in live production environments where a failed job means a phone call at 2 a.m.

Meanwhile, every small business owner I knew was drowning in manual work. A roofer re-keying the same jobs between his CRM and QuickBooks on Sunday nights. A tree service losing bids because the follow-up went out three days late. A contractor's office downloading customer attachments one profile at a time. Enterprises pay whole teams of engineers to make that kind of work disappear. Nobody was bringing that engineering to businesses running a few crews instead of a few divisions.

That gap is why I started Larken.

Background
  • UiPath-certified RPA developer
  • AI agent design and deployment
  • Automation at Fortune 500 scale
  • Integration architecture across CRMs, ERPs, and billing systems
  • Production automation in live environments
Base

Minnesota. Working with clients nationwide.

The other half of the job

We build the sites too, end to end.

Automation only pays off when the leads exist in the first place, so Larken designs and builds client websites from the first sketch to the live domain: design, copy, code, local search, launch. These are in production for working businesses right now.

The name

Larken comes from the larch, the tamarack. A conifer that sheds its needles every fall and grows them back in spring. It thrives in places where other trees die. Practical, resilient, and distinctive without making a show of it.

What Larken is not

Not a software vendor

We don't sell you a license and wish you luck. We build systems around the tools you already have.

Not a staffing agency

You are not renting a body. You are getting working deliverables with a name on them.

Not a strategy firm

We will tell you what we think, but the engagement always ends in something running, never in a deck.

Not a freelancer marketplace

One firm, one standard, one person accountable for the result. No roulette.

How we operate

Only take work we can deliver

If the fit is wrong, I say so on the first call and point you somewhere better. A small firm lives on its word.

Document everything

Every system ships with plain-language docs. You own what we built and you understand it.

Measure by outcomes

Calls answered, leads followed up, pages ranking, quotes out the door. If it can't be observed, it didn't happen.

Book a 15-minute walkthrough.

We'll look at your operation and tell you the highest-ROI things to fix first. No pitch deck, no follow-up sequence.
